Returns due to damage during shipping must include the original packaging. This will be necessary when filing a claim with the shipper. All items including the manufacturer’s box, wrappings, and paper work must be returned in good condition so the device can be resold. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Returns will not be accepted for addons that have stopped working as this is beyond my control and is a common issue with jailbroken FireSticks. Configurations and addons are constantly changing. Although we enable automatic updates, it is the buyers responsibility to keep up with these changes.
Returns will not be accepted if a particular show or channel cannot be watched. It is up to the buyer to verify availability of any specific shows or channels prior to purchasing. Most shows and movies may be watched with this device, but there are no guarantees on any specific channel, show or movie as they are controlled by third parties.
Returns will not be accepted in the unlikely event that Amazon releases an update that causes Kodi or Mobdro to be removed from the device or to stop working. The buyer assumes this risk.
Returns will not be accepted if the buyer has removed the Kodi configuration from the device. If your configuration has been removed contact me and I will support you remotely as best as I can depending on what has happened.
Log files are maintained to verify your device was sent in working condition. They contain ID / Serial numbers of the remote and FireStick that was shipped. If a different FireStick or Remote is returned then a refund will not be issued.
Buyers must follow the manufactures recommended guidelines for proper operation. The FireStick must receive a “good” WIFI signal that is capable of at least a 20 MBs internet connection. Returns will not be accepted where the device isn’t operational due to improper usage and manufacturers specifications have not been met.
To return your device for refund, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended to use a USPS small flat rate box or similar shipping service that comes with a tracking service and shipping insurance. You will be provided a return address through email once your return has been accepted. Please provide the tracking number through email.
Buyer must go through troubleshooting procedures and verify any defects with seller prior to returning a defective item. This is because most defects tend to be operator errors and are often fixed with an explanation.
Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. A return for a defective item will be accepted after the defect is confirmed. If approved, a credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
If a FireStick is returned for a problem and is verified to be working correctly, the buyer will not be refunded and will be expected to pay for return shipping within 5 days of receiving notice. The same applies if the buyer was instructed to perform a troubleshooting action and the problem is fixed by performing that action.
